Keith Van Horne, a former Chicago Bear and 1985 Super Bowl Champion, was a special guest at AtHome America's 2007 national convention. As a spokesperson for ALS, he accepted a $50,000 donation from Hope 4 Mike. The funds will be given to the Les Turner ALS Foundation.
