Brandon Seeling, son of AtHome America HomeStyle Specialist Ali Seeling, raised money in his home town of Olathe, Kansas, and personally presented it to Mike during the Walk.

The walk kicked off with Grand Marshalls Kim Haber (left) and Jennifer Derin (right) holding the Hope 4 Mike banner. Jen’s husband, Paul (far right) was diagnosed with ALS a few years ago.


The walkers round the curve down the lakefront.


Grand Marshalls for the Hope 4 Mike Team included Kim and Dan Haber from Sussex, New Jersey, and their close friends Paul and Jennifer Derin.


The Hope 4 Mike Team consisted of more than 100 walkers who came to show their love and support for Mike Wright and finding a cure for ALS.


A few Hope 4 Mike volunteers walk along the Lake Michigan shoreline.


Mike Wright (center) is grateful to be able to walk the 2-mile event in support of finding a cure for ALS. He was diagnosed with the disease in 2003.


Some walkers held pictures of lost loved ones who died from complications caused by ALS.
