HelpAmerica Foundation Awards Grant Money to Veterans Organizations

More than $500,000 was distributed in 2007 to veteran's organizations and Stand Downs all across the U.S. The majority of the funds was given at AtHome America's national convention, called Salute, on July 27, 2007.

The funds help various causes, including (but not limited to) building housing for homeless veterans, providing clothing, food and other necessities and giving services to those in need.

All the money donated to these organizations was given to the HelpAmerica Foundation through the generosity of AtHome America's independent sales consultants — or HomeStyle Specialists. These men and women hold in-home demonstrations — called HomeShows — and customers can purchase Words of Truth, USA for a $5 donation. One-hundred percent of the proceeds go to the HelpAmerica Foundation to help homeless veterans.
