Heather French Henry Foundation for
Veterans

As Miss America 2000, Heather French Henry traveled the country sharing a national perspective on veterans' issues from homelessness to healthcare. As the daughter of a disabled Vietnam veteran, her personal reality has grown into a life-long passion for our nation's heroes. Today, her organization strives to reconnect veterans to their individual communities. Partnering with civic organizations, school groups and government agencies is the ideal way to increase awareness, education and funding for these forgotten heroes.

How AtHome America Helped
In support of their noble efforts, the HelpAmerica Foundation was proud and honored to present $25,000 to the Heather French Henry Foundation for veterans at a national event in February 2002. The monies were to be used to continue to educate Americans nationwide about the plight of those who have made so many sacrifices for our freedom.
